When people think of the Noosa EV & Electrify Everything Expo, they often picture rows of electric vehicles and the latest transport technology. While the Expo will once again feature Queensland’s largest display of electric vehicles (over 30 cars from 20+ brands), visitors this year can also enjoy a wide range of interactive experiences, expert advice, entertainment and hands-on demonstrations designed to show how electrification can improve everyday life.

One of the most anticipated attractions will be the Induction Culinary Cooking Experience, where celebrated Noosa chefs Luc and Pascal Turschwell will demonstrate the power, precision and efficiency of induction cooking. Visitors will see first-hand how modern electric cooking technology can deliver professional-level performance while reducing household energy use. The sessions will also include a Q&A with local electrification advocate Mark Purcell, providing practical insights into replacing gas appliances and electrifying the home to save money. Pre-booking on the Noosa EV Expo website Experiences tab is recommended to avoid disappointment.

For those seeking independent advice, the Expo’s Home Energy Champions and Business Energy Advisor will be available throughout the day to answer questions about electric vehicles, home electrification, reducing energy bills and sustainable business solutions. Visitors can also book a one-on-one conversation with Giles Parkinson, founder of Renew Economy and The Driven, and one of Australia’s most respected commentators on clean energy and electric transport.

The Expo is designed to be highly interactive, with plenty of opportunities to experience electric mobility first-hand. Visitors can test ride a range of legal e-bikes, e-scooters and electric golf cars in a dedicated trial ride area. The experience allows people to compare different options in a safe environment and discover how these zero-emissions transport solutions could fit into their daily lives. Exhibitors including ecoTekk, e-Move Bikes and Golf Cars Australia will have vehicles available for demonstration.

Anyone curious about e-bikes should also visit the Noosa eBike Library display. The free community program offers extended e-bike loans, giving residents the opportunity to try an electric bike for up to 14 days before deciding whether to purchase one. Visitors can learn about the different styles available, from cargo bikes to trikes, and explore how e-bikes can replace many everyday car trips.

Adding to the excitement, visitors can enter for a chance to win a Tesla Model Y experience for an entire weekend. The prize offers the opportunity to enjoy Australia’s most popular electric SUV and experience some of Tesla’s advanced driver assistance technologies.

Families will find plenty to enjoy in the Entertainment Precinct on Arcadia Street, featuring live musicians, face painting, food and refreshments, water refill stations and activities hosted by the Hot 91.1 Street Team, which will also be broadcasting live from the event.

For those considering an EV purchase, the Private EV Owners Precinct provides a valuable opportunity to speak directly with local EV drivers. Rather than a sales pitch, visitors can hear genuine experiences about charging, running costs, road trips and everyday ownership from people who have already made the switch.

Whether you’re exploring electric transport, looking to reduce energy bills, or simply seeking a great day out, the Noosa EV & Electrify Everything Expo promises a unique mix of education, entertainment and inspiration for the whole community.
