Booking Policies

Accommodation rooms are subject to resort availability at the time of booking.

Guarantee Policy: All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee due at the time of booking. A deposit equal to 1 nights accommodation tariff is required to secure the booking and the remaining balance due on arrival at the resort. If you would like to pay in full prior to arrival, please contact the resort directly: (07) 5341 6300.

Credit Card Payments: If booking with American Express please call directly to our Reservations team: (07) 5597 8797. A surcharge will apply to all payments made by American Express cards. American Express 2.8% cards. Visa and MasterCard payments do not attract a surcharge.

Cancellations: Any cancellations or reduction of room night bookings within 48 days of arrival will incur 100% cancellation fees payable to the resort.
