ATTENDANCES AND WEATHER
7. Sites must be set up and ready to trade at least 60 minutes prior to the advertised opening time of the event.
8. Inability to attend the event must be notified by 12noon Wednesday before the event by contacting the Event Coordinator by phone or email. 14.
9. The event will operate in varying weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather conditions cancellation of the markets will be at the discretion of the event organisers. Stall holders will be advised of this decision by 6pm Friday before the market.
VEHICLES AND PARKING
10. Stallholder will be required to set up and unpack between 7.00 – 9.00am and move their vehicle to a suitable car park.
11. After 9.00am, all vehicles must be removed from the Expo site.
INSURANCES
12. All stallholders must hold a current Public & Property Liability Insurance to the value of $20M, a copy of which must be provided to the Coordinator following registration.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
13. Occupational health and safety is the personal responsibility of the stallholder to protect their own and others safety.
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
COVID Safe Event Requirements
As a COVID Safe event, all exhibitors will be required to comply with Queensland
Health requirements current at the time of the Expo.
EXHIBITOR SITE
1. Provision of a site at the Expo is FREE.
2. The allocation of a site is at the discretion of the event organisers. A final
map of the site will be provided in the week before the event.
3. No power is available at the site.
4. The stallholder must provide their own equipment including tent/umbrella,
protective floor matting and matting under legs of marquees, tables and chairs,
weights (sand bags) and wet weather protection. THE SITE SURFACE IS
ASHPHALT AND SANDBAGS MUST BE USED TO SECURE MARQUEE.
5. The stallholder must leave their site in a clean state and all waste must be
removed. No liquid is to be discharged at the site. eg, ice and water from eskies.

6. Any banners or bunting to be contained within stall perimeter.

Insurance to the value of $20M, a copy of which must be provided to the
Coordinator following registration. To be covered by ZEN insurance, private
owners must register as a ZEN member here (no charge) and choose "Noosa
EV Expo Exhibitor" as membership type.
